I remember when I was working for schuck and we got lady comming in and just look so siriosly for something in the story. Well being nice CSR, I offered my help.
Me: Can I help you kind something?
Lady: Oh, yes, thank you. I am looking for part 710
Me:Hm? What is it? And What aplication is it for?
Lady: well, I got one in my car, and my bf told me that it is leaking and I need to change it?
Me: Could you please tell me more about this part? Where it is located and what it does?
Lady: When I open that big cover infront of the car, its right there and my bf said that it plugs something...
Me:Would you like to show me this part, so we can get you exactly what you are looking for?
Lady: Sure, my car is right outside.
When we got to the parking lot and lady opens the hood, she points her finder to the OIL cap where you can see 710, because the $&#@$ thing wasn't closed all the way.
