shaq is older, and has already questioned how much longer he wants to stay in the game. Odom and Butler are young up and comers, Grant is a decent fill at 4 or 5, who provides Good D and rebounding.

 

those players will never bring a team a championship by themselves. Shaq can do that with one or two roll players.

I have seen it time and time again with the Knicks. They have so many mediocre players. they will never win unless they get that superstar
