how to make your hair white?
like sisqo white? bleaching (my medium brown hair) usually only makes it a very blonde... anyone have any ideas?

for the tips... i usually shave my head to a #2 or #3, bleach it, and then let the rest of my hair grown in under it, and it makes even tips, but i wanted to try to make it white this time.

Bleaching is what you have to do, but if you Bleach it too much it will turn orange.
