Right when I think that catfish from the wisconsin rivers are the best fish there is, my friends have to prove me wrongh:

My friend's restaurant has a special for the time being: $9.99 for 3 fried catfish, papaya salad, and sticky rice. The catfish was imported from thailand and it was daaaaamn good. It was more boney than fox river or mississippi river catfish, but the bones on the thai catfish are edible cause they're soft. I pretty much ate all three catfish from head to tail, and everything inbetween.:yumyum:
