i went to richmond yesterday to look at apartments, and on the way home, right off 95 on rt 17, we saw a car going the opposite direction, go off the road, over correct, start sliding back and forth, went to the other side of the road, and when it hit off the road it flipped, it landed on it's wheels, and i swear i saw the driver get out once we were farther away, but i had never seen anything like that happen so close to me, it was scary..
