h: The fact that they've gone back to a four-valve head is cause for celebration too. But IMHO, the car needs about 260 to 320 whp to be competitive within it's price range. And the best way I can think of coming up with those numbers in to stick with the intercooled Eaton S/C, a la SLK32 AMG.
Come to think of it, I'm worried that the forthcoming SLK55 will be too nose heavy.
And please tell me they've ditched the recirculating-ball steering rack.
