anyone live in hawaii?
i just got a couple questions:
1. how is the cost of living in hawaii
2. what is the economy like there
3. would it be wiser if i moved there to just take my hayabusa instead of my cars (im selling the widebody anyways)
i have a few more questions that do not come to mind at the moment,..but if someone is willing to answer them for me id appreciate it ,..thanks

I used to live there but I can pretty much answer any of your questions.
1) Very Very Expensive
2) Economy is okay. If you don't speak Japanese, good luck on finding a decent paying job there. The Japanese are frequent visitors and tourism is the primary sources of income for Hawaii.
3) Yes. I would just bring the busa. You'll discover the wonderful world of "Recon" when bringing over a modified vehicle. Basically you have to have papers (approved documents from the city) that allow those mods to be on your car. ie. rims, exhaust, suspension, non oem headlights/tailights, etc.

I would have to agree, but only if I was haole.
I would love to live back in Hawaii. Nothing beats the weather, girls, swap meets, cars, and food.
