Hey... I was wondering if it was possible with the right program to rip or take movies from a camcorder or vcr and put them on your pc.... if so which program would be the best??? thanks

if the camcorder is digital you can use firewire and pinnacle or any other program

 

yea, it depends on what kind of camcorder you have. digi vid is easy to transfer, analog vid takes a while to transfer.

 

You can transfer anything if you have a vid car with a tv input on your pc.

 

ok i think my camcorder is analog... it uses the lil cassete tapes... and yes the pc i have does have the tv input plugs..the red,with, and yellow ones.... so i figured i can just plug it in.. and i have a program that came with the pc that is DVgate but when i plug it in the pc tells me it doesn't recognize it.... so i was just wondering if there was an easier program to use??? any you would recomend? is wonder card and dazzle the name of the prg? thanks
