Selling a car is a pain....
In the ass, people like to lowball, give you bull shit offers and try to tell you what's wrong with your car. So I'm trying to sell or trade my crx and people just try and give me offers like 1500 bucks and lower. I can still turn around and sell this car for like 1800-1900 bucks. I was originally asking 2100 for it but it needs paint since it's oxidizing. Oh well. I told people I was looking for trades for some stereo equipment for my truck and some cash but people offer a lot of crap. Damn lowballers.
Yes I'm venting. Plus people call like at 7am. Damn...

I really don't have any use for it anymore, I was going to drive it around but I said fawk it, I'll just do some stuff to my truck.
Hey Wuzkrackin83, I'll trade you my one large ass 15" JL Audio Amp for your 2 12's and your amp. What brand are your subs?

Will you take 1,000 and a kit kat bar?
It's a crx. It's old, it's very very old. So you kinda expect people to do that to you. Besides, your asking price (2100) isn't much cheaper than a bmw from around the end of the 80s (3000 to 4000), so, 1,500 sounds good.
yeah obviously it depends on the car and the area but I think it's only natural that people are going to try to see how low you'll go. When I sold my 90 Integra it was a little easier because there aren't a lot of imports around this area, especially so cheap, so I had a little advantage.
sometimes i find that putting a firm price is the best way to go. just tell everybody that you have a buyer coming later that night to give you the money and it puts urgency on the other buyer. works like a charm
