here is my scar, where i had a tumor when i was 1 (it was removed at that age as well) i want to know what the hell is this that is showing up.

Is it a bump? I cant really tell from the pic, but if its a bump, it may be a cyst.

that's what i'm afraid of. because a while back when my mom told me the story, she said they couldn't remove all of it, but said the chances of it regrowing/spreading were very small.
