What kind of sauce do you eat with your empanadas? We got a whole bunch of empanadas from a local Mex store, but they're dry inside. I'm used to empanadas with some sort of gravy inside.:dunno:

I dont know about gravy but in my brother inlaw's bakery they usually fill them up with either: sweat potatoe (sp
