No, they don't make it in 10mm.
10mm got big for a little while and kind of fell off the market... but... there is an option for you.

Sig makes a .357SIG which is basically a 10mm. It's like a 10mm necked down to hold a 9mm bullet, a good compromise between the two. The reason I mention SIG is because Sig's are basically on par with HK in every way, they just feel a little different. TO me, HK's feel better; but it's all personal preference.

Bah, if I get any pistol that fires a bottlenecked cartridge it'll be a CZ52 or TT33 in 7.62x25mm (.30 Mauser.) They make good stuff, but I don't think the .357 SIG has a long-term market.

Do you run background checks on people who want to purchase it?

Anyways what you asking for the .40 and what are the requirements on inter-state private sales like that?

he does not do the checks. you two will have to agree on a price. you will have to find a local FFL holder that will receive his gun and hold it while they runs the check on you. you send him money, he sends gun to FFL holder. you pay the FFL holder's fees. you get gun.

h: i think thats how it works.

Agree on price. Pay him, and send him an ink signed copy of yor dealer's FFL.

Your dealer receives it. You pay him transfer fees, background check fees, and taxes if nessicary.

If you have a waiting period, you come back and pick it up when it's over.

I don't know how Kali is on face-to-face or out-of-state buyer/face-to-face transfers. That is all dependant on Kali's and your state's interstate transfer laws.
