Doubt I will be looking at it very seriously though because it was built in 1885 and if it hasn't been thoroughly updated I am not going to waste my time.....of course at that price it would leave with more than enough to renovate it myself and do my darkroom etc.

I am going to run up and take a look at it this week and have an electrical and plumbing inspection as well as a general contractor I know run through it.
The acreage is worth the price but I need ot have the house liveable while I renovate it too.
