Note that the web site has lots of buzz words, but not one single syllable explaining what it actually does or how it works...and yet, they will sell some, just because it's advertised on the web and comes in colors.
BTW, your car has a voltage regulator. It's built into your alternator. If you didn't have one, you'd be burning out light bulbs at a fantastic rate, and your lamps would brighten or dim according to your engine speed.
The only thing that crap like this proves is that P.T. Barnum was right.
