Yeah I agree that everything else about the video looks realistic...but like I said before, the fact that the camera follows the guy before anything happens is a dead giveaway.

The slowing and subsequent stopping of the vehicles heading TOWARDS the camera suggest that the light had turned red for the vantage which we observed. Therefore, the fast driving PT Cruiser is at fault... driving well over the speed limit and running a red light. I believe that the car that was t-boned is innocent. *Aside from not looking before driving through the intersection.* Also, it is difficult to tell what is occuring in the video with the pedestrian. If the pedestrian ENTERED the crosswalk with a walk signal, then he is not jay-walking... you only have to enter the intersection before the Walk stops flashing to have the right-away.
