how do you guys backup your files?

i have a spare computer sitting in my room, and want to put it to use. it has everything to run XP Pro, probably just needs a bigger harddrive.

does anyone run a file server at home? h: if so, can you explain how that works?

i have a 100 pack of el cheapo dvd-rs i use :dunno:

 

I use a 250GB external hdd from Maxtor :rick:

no DVD recorder h: and thatll take way too much time to put a disc in, run the program, and repeat. h:

 

it takes 15 mins per disc

 

or you can take the hdd out, put in current computer, trnsfer files

 

I use a 200GB internal hdd from Seagate :rick:

i wanted something more automated. h: with a couple clicks of a button.
