how do you guys backup your files?

i have a spare computer sitting in my room, and want to put it to use. it has everything to run XP Pro, probably just needs a bigger harddrive.

does anyone run a file server at home? h: if so, can you explain how that works?

i have a 100 pack of el cheapo dvd-rs i use :dunno:

or you can take the hdd out, put in current computer, trnsfer files
