The ad was for the 7th gen Accord wagon which is what Sean has posted above. It took something like 620 takes to get that commercial done in one clean take. They worked on it for over 6 months. Every part used in that commercial came from that very car and there was no CGI involved in the commercial whatsoever. It was also shot in France and the commercials name was "Cog" in case you want to look it up and double check me

I saw the Cog commercial when I was in France. Looks 10x better on a TV
