you make that assumption after reading an article on something that is inherent to war? :eh: if you go ahead and glorify each and every event and ignore the progress.. sure, it looks horrible. and yes, it's always bad when people die. but i don't think it's an accurate indication that things are getting worse. i wish cnn and others would start reporting on some of the positives.

who said i was surprised? because i think it's insane that they like to randomly blow their own people up, doesn't mean i'm surprised by it. maybe people wouldn't just say.."oh it's war, what do you expect?" if someone was driving car bombs into your neighbors house. i think that's an ignorant comment. yeah it's war, and yeah people are gunna die. no need to point out the obvious. i still think it's fudged up.
