A lot of ppl like apple. I'm not a big fan myself. Cherry is probably the strongest flavor. Mint is kinda like menthol.

Rose and Apple are the best. I have been to a few here in the states. They are kind of relaxing, in that you chill and chat around it. My best experience has to be smoking at a Bendoin tent city in Israel a few years ago.

Never been to a hookah bar, but I smoke shisha all the time. It's very smooth, you almost can't feel that you're inhaling smoke at all. Some people say that they get lightheaded, but I personally have never felt any physical effects...I just find it to be a relaxing activity.
