Default Import Wars @ NE Dragway

Already posted this in Events forum, but nobody checks there regularly.

It's June 26th, which falls on a Saturday I believe. $10 for admission as a spectator, $20 if you're running your car.

If all goes well with the Vigor I'll be running again. Should pull a much better time.

There's plenty of food, parking, etc. There's also a show section for audio, bodywork, whatever.

There should be over 100 cars dragging alone.

RSVP biatches!

Since then I have done new plug wires, plugs, cap, rotor, rebuilt the idle control valve, cleaned the throttle body, adjusted the valves, replaced the intake manifold gasket (vacuum leak), unclogged the EGR valve, put on a new tires (stock Michelins were bald), short shifter, added an intake and 2" catback exhaust system.

So yeah, I have high expectations if all goes well.

:squint: I'm not sure what to expect.

I'm still chasing a nagging idling problem but that won't make a difference.

The good news both the intake and exhaust made a huge difference. Both the Legend and Vigor, in stock forms, are pretty restrictive in those departments for the sake of uber noise reduction.
