I did 50 minutes on an eliptical at the gym, then ran 1.5 miles. after that, I did situps.
came home, ate dinner, just ran 2 more miles.
what do ya think, 2 more miles after I regain conciousness?

You're obviously into cardio...don't over do it I say. I only do max now of 40 minutes cardio (if that).
If you are lifting weights, you just overtrained and burnt off good lean muscle, learned that myself the hard way

When I really was fat and out of shape, I would puke all the time :happysad:
it meant I was trying hard.
I ran a good hour after I ate.
Also, in military training, you stuff as much food in your mouth as possible in 8 minutes (harder than you think) and you're supposed to get 30 min before physical activity, rarely happened, and 30 min wasn't enough. If I held my food there, I can hold it now.
