And usually when they blow all their hard-earned cash on Teins, they pull a double dumbass and add $400 Takata Harnesses when they could have just gotten Simpsons.

Its like you people read my mind. I hate harnesses in street cars, especially improperly mounted ones.

Exactly. I guess they don't know what "spinal compression" is until they find out the hard way. I always see all this gayasses mounting them straight down behind the seat on the floorboard.

one of the better japanese brand coilovers that are actually made in japan i guess.


tanabe is made in taiwan, packaged in japan.

Anyway, I found out about this company called D2 Racing Sports which sells a fully adjustable (i.e. damping, spring perch, and lower mount) coilover set for $899 thru modacar. But...I can't seem to find much info on spring rates or anything like that. Might be worth a look.



They would look kinda nice with SRR LCAs... h:

I actually recommend the OMNI Power over the D2. I drove on Laguna Seca with both those setups. The D2's were crap. OMNI Power kicks assssss.
