what cat is not going to go absolutely crazy on a leash? and since when do people walk cats anyway? stupid idiots.

Weverka argues that cats don't need to be walked. The law simply requires owners to keep their cats inside, or have their cats restrained when taking them outside the home.
yeah cat's don't really walk so much as lay around. I think the majority of stray cats are from people who don't have their pets fixed and let them mate and have cats everywhere and put them outside to get rid of them.

cats should be kept inside. I dont want those mangy things wandering freely and shitting in other peoples yards

Yea... good luck.

We had a cat once. We actually tried to keep it on a leash a few times while we were moving... less than 3 mins and the cat would have the collar off. Any tighter and it would have chocked her... and she'd probably still be able to get out of it.
