this happen to anyone else?
your sleeping...........you wake up !!! u hear someone banging on the door.but u go check and theres no one there........ is this common

Yeah, when you are in the midst of waking up or going to sleep, thoughts can come to you through your senses. So you may feel something caressing you, hear things or smell things. I always hear clapping while I'm in the state of going to sleep.

No but I wake up in a panic when it feels like I'm falling in my sleep. I hate it when that happens.
