You can save yourself a lot of trouble, if the no-ID calls bug you that much, but getting a Motorola phone.
The recent Motorola phones have a setting that sends no-ID calls to voice mail without ringing your phone at all. However, the person calling will still hear an irritating three or four calls before it goes to voice mail.
