they look like aftermarket 6th gen accord lights or stock 97 TL lights to me still? i thought that vigor had slimmer rectangular lights like the 2nd gen Legends?

It's actually a 1998 Acura TL, which shared the Vigor's 2.5 liter I-5 in it's base form (2.5TL). It was an indirect replacement for it.

The 1st gen TL (1995-1998) was then replaced by the Ohio built (6th gen Accord based) 1999 3.2TL.

The TL was on the same platform as the Vigor. Similar interior and revised styling.

I'm trying to get HP/TQ numbers from the guy.

Thats a nice setup, BUT...go with a Greddy Type-R BOV, its much stronger and can handle more boost, and doesnt leak, as opposed to the Type-S, and you should consider getting 550cc injectors for extra felxibility.
