Default Old Faithful: Calistoga, CA.

Anybody ever been? What is there to see/do in and around the area? Wine tasting isn't really an option cause I'll be driving

IF you are driving, look on a map for Oakville grade, goes west up the hill near Mondavi vinyard, very fun road. You could go to the Jack London House, or infinieon raceway, there is a drift competition there, I think itis tomorrow, oops, today(After Midnight)

lol yea ur wrong dude hehe. Of course you taste the wine. You first swirl to get the smell out of the wine, and then you put your nose to the glass and smell it to see if its good. Then you taste it. Hhehe i know because this like master cheif from the napa valley told me when i went to a cookin class to the baringers winery in sonoma heheheh.

 i know you taste the wine, but most of the tasting comes from IN the mouth, not down the throat.

im almost sure you can do it either way. i pretty sure some people end up spitting it up. i mean what if you wanted to try 20 different wines...youll be pretty drunk, no?
