We always speak about fast being relative to the car we are referencing. Indeed there is a bench mark for the truly swift of foot though. If you're car isn't anywhere near this, your car is not fast. If it is close, your car is quick. If your car is faster it is damn fast.Without further delay:

I drove a 91 Eagle Talon Turbo AWD that would easily keep up with most of that pack. Can easily pull high 11's and low 12's... stock.

Can be yours for $3k too.
