Multiquoting is allowed, if you want to do it manually. The automated feature however is gone.

yea, sometimes the server wont let me start a new thread and just kinda times out, guess its just busy.

Will the "good" hacks be put back once the "bad" one is found? I've the same issue as the others when it hangs by posting a thread... but its kinda rare actually.
