the other day, I ate PB&J on some 8 month old tortillas I had in my fridge.
I do have some chicken burgers in the freezer... but no buns.
I have sugar, and flour.
And I'm out of protien supplements, and almost out of creatine...
How and I supposed to get big and strong if i can't afford to eat protein, or drink protein drinks.
I have a full vial of crack and a 40oz in the fridge.
I should be ok for a day or two still

"All natural" Involves a shitload of chicken and calories.
A protein shake has 100-150 calories, 0-3 grams of fat, and gives you as much protien as a good slab of chicken. If I wanted to, or could afford to ingest chicken all day, I'd have to work out 3x as much to burn the extra calories.
I'd love to see a picture of your build and spend time at you with the gym - then hear you talk about your experteis in supplements and weight lifting.
Hey, is your mom cookin tonight, I'm coming over to eat out...
