my upperbody is pretty good but my stomach and wrist are very weak. i think i hurt my wrist the other day trying to break.
i never workout though, so...and hearing from friends, they dont like creatine...

Hmm, high school kids don't like creatine.
I'll guess I won't listen to the college educated sports science guy that in the room across from mine in the same apartartment who is 2x as big as I could ever hope to be. I'll listen to your crew instead
