My dad took a movie back after he opened it because it was foolscreen, they exchanged it for him. :dunno:
I bought one by accident once, I just gave it to my sister and bought it again in widescreen. They shouldn't even make DVDs in foolscreen. :down:

 

Take it to target or walmart and exchange it...never had a problem..say you lost the reciept...
