Going to start pumping iron this summer..
anyone have any advice? I want to have to struggle wiping my own ass and pose in front of the mirror at every moment to see my gorgeous bicepts. I'm looking to rid of myself of my neck and beef up my upper body so that I resemble a blow pop.
