you should get a partner who knows how to use the equipment and lift with him. lifting with a partner is much better than alone.

looks yummy....yea ima start eating tons of protein and i will go by a book store frankie... any book in particuilar that you got in mind??? and sorry db7 i did the search on workout squad and it brong 66 replies and i am reading them lil by lil... but 66 post is a lot and they are all a couple pages... my main question is about the creatine ... i read some people talking about a loading cycle and different cycles ????? if you can just tell me like x week to "x" week is "x" cycle and i should take "x" milgrams a day.. and just a basic routine i would like to see so i can have an idea...i was thinking just going to various machines and doing them... but i would rather have a set schedule "x"sets and "x" reps of "x" machine... so i can justt see and learn how it works and i will come up with my own...and rb26dtt i cant find anyone who will work with me... or have the same days off... so im stuck by myself.. but thanks everyone...
