Workout people: Let's try something. Take pics of yourselves now...
...and then in 2 months (first week of August), take pics again and post. Keep track of your routine and stats this week and then compare it to the first week of August. Also keep track of your diet if you want.
I just thought it might be motivational as well as interesting to see how we all progress. If it's dumb, just say so.
