You can apply a Synthetic Polymer on top of another Synthetic Polymer if it's 100%.

Yes, but if it has cleaners in it you are cleaning the layer that is previously on the car already.

The cleaner can't remove the Synthetic Polymer. It's not strong enough....

Try this: on single stage paint, apply it. Wipe it off, go back to it in a few hours with it, and apply it again. Tell me if there's any paint transfer, my guess is that there is, and if there isn't, then that is a really nice product.
