Well Ive been sitting at a desk for the past 4 years and a couple months ago I had a reality check and Im making a huge life decision right now. Heres my current situation. Currently I live 30 miles each way from work and pay $750 rent not to mention another $150 for bills and crap. Gas is now $2.73 for 87! Anyways, I thought about it and right now it just isnt worth it. My brother fortunately is going out of town for school and my mom is willing to let me live at home rent free if I go to school fulltime. I have no car payment, no bills, nothing (ok, cell phone bill). So why not? I mean school from there is 3 miles, I would get a part-time job to keep my social life but how much money am I going to need because Im going to be studying. Man Im over partying and drinking all the time....I want to get focused. Im 23 and this is the last opportunity I think I will have to do something like this. So now Im about to step into my bosses office and let her know what Im doing. I hate my job but figured if I go out with style, 4 years on this job will be a great reference. No longer can I spend 8 hours a day sitting at a desk. So Im headed in there.....

Ohhh nonononono....not even close dude. But she took it damn well and is going to support me fully! Im very pleased how it went.

San Felipe was SWEET. I was one of two OUT OF 12 people that didnt get sick the final day. They all decided on the scrimp tacos and we stuck with the carne.....whheewwww!!!

 

Smart. That's why you don't drink water from Mexico (or in this case) eat anything that's in the water. :chuckles:

Already done! Signed up yesterday...scheduled everything, talked to the boss...green light!! Cool thing is the next 4 paychecks PLUS 100 personal hours are going straight to the bank account! So thats like 5k Ill be sitting on and then Ill get a little job to keep my head above water! Then Im selling a vehicle at 2k plus a dirtbike at 2k...oh damn, didnt realize that but thats like 9k..whoaa!
