i dont think i buy clothes that often. i tend to buy clothes right before i get paid because i know the money is coming in the mail so thats like one shirt and one pant once a month.

whats weird is that i used to throw out a lot of clothes because i used to be trendy (back in my highschool days and early college years) but now all the clothes i buy tend to cost more and are more inconspicuous. now my closet is starting to get full :eek3:

 

every 6 months or so i buy a pair of pants and a shirt

 

once every two-three years. the rest of the time, i get them as presents or whatever

 

every year or two. Whenever I start running out of shirts that don't have holes or stains (I wear them to work too), and underwear that doesn't have holes, I go to TJMaxx and and buy about 5 3-packs of plain white T-shirts, and go to Walmart and buy about 5 3-packs of boxer briefs. Voila! Set for another couple of years.
Jeans last for longer than that. I just buy a new pair when my old ones get holes or something.

 

geez... I must be a freckin woman.

I'd go clothes shopping every couple weeks if my budget allowed it. I always want more clothes. I just get sick of my old ones. And my tastes change so often.

nah, I like shoes. and I do need a good pair of athletic shoes. and some flip-flops. My current ones are at least 3 years old. if not more.

 

Chalk another one up under the rarely buys clothes category.

I just bought a 12-pack of white shirts a month ago... I'll probably only buy something if it's cool like funny shirts.
