Default far side collection

i don't know if you remember, but they issued the entire collection in this really nice book (well, two). it ran for like $100 (worth it), and it sold out like nothing. we got ten copies at christmas, and they sold out. well it was a limited run, but then we heard rumors they were going to reissue it for another small run. i was actually talking to my boss about it today.

well, i was just searching around on amazon, and found this:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...555834-9286560

first i got mad, thinking they didn't send it to us. then i looked at the price :eek3:

pretty awesome though. look what they recommended to go with it  :rof:
tell me, how do those two go together?

I love the Far Side...but not for $800.

What does Al Franken have to do with Gary Larson?

Their stuff seems pretty different to me. Gary Larson had a weird fascination with cows and mostly drew comics on science type topics. Al Franken doesn't talk about cows much (I could be wrong though, I haven't actually read his book).
