I got this one from newegg. I have no complaints with it. Wish I could answer your video question (I just have mine hooked up to my 19" monitor). h:

Here's mine (ASUS P4P800 Deluxe)
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...131-492&depa=1
It's an 865PE chipset an ASUS is the one who cracked Intel's PAT (a performance enhanced mode they only offically offered on the 875 chipsets but was built into but not turned on in the 865 chipsets). In most of the performance benchmarks I read when I bought mine (about a year ago now) this was on top or close and definately one of the price leaders. Has 2 SATA ports capable of RAID 0 and 1, a VIA raid controller for the PATA ports, built in Gigabit ethernet (thorugh the PCI bus though, so limited by the PCI's bandwidth), build in Firewire (1 rear, 1 MB header), USB 2.0 (4 rear, 4 header), has decent integraded audio but I upgraded to an Audigy 2 ZS with mine.
I'm very happy with it, stable and it's running pretty much non stop. Only issues I had was finding the nessicary RAID drivers on the CD to allow XP's installer to see the SATA RAID (they were on there, I just had to really scour the book to find where) and I had some instability with my Radeon 9800 Pro until I flashed to the newest BIOS and it's been stable since.
My 9800 Pro acts like 2 seperate display adaptors (right click on the desktop and go to properties then settings, you can decide between 2 displays. 1 is my 19" NEC monitor and 2 is just empty but you could probably set it up to use that as the primary display and set the resolution down to like 640x480 for a TV. I'd go with a real monitor unless your planning to build a PVR box or something?

I don't suggest the Prescott (3.0E) chip if you plan on overclocking or pushing it.
I have had alot of success with the Northwood (3.0C), pushing it to 4.0ghz. You can go 3.6ghz straight from the box.
As far as mobo's... I run the Abit IC7-Max3. This is one nice board. I have been a die hard Asus user, but the Abit outperforms the Asus (P4P800E Deluxe)... I was deciding between the two. My friends had the Asus and got rid of them in favor of the IC7.
Andy has it down pact about the ATI 9800Pro...

As for Silenx, they are known for their quiet fans. They are pretty good, but costly. Enermax is a pretty good alternative. How many watts are you looking for?
