add numbers to that it drops to like 15wpm

This dude I work with can't type worth a crap. He types everything in lowercase then goes back through and capitalizes everything that needs it.

i had a dsl technician come to fix my dsl once and he typed like that. he seriously was looking at a manual while navigating menus in windows just to get to the network options. needless to say, he was unable to fix the problem.

my stepmom constantly sends me horribly misspelled emails and it drives me nuts. her new thing: typing in all caps. for example:
MAKING SURE YOU GOT YOUR FLIGHT INFO. WE'RE SO EXCITED. OFF TO SWIM TEAM
NOW. AMG
