i went to a "small" event on monday, cones were setup, a nice course, not too short a straight, followed by a 120 degree turn a slalom into an S and finally a 90 degree to the finish... weather was pretty good considering the shitty weekend of rain.. only rained once for like 10 minutes then sunshine :-)

there was a 350z but i dont think the driver knew how to handle her, got his ass wooped several times..


a porsche, a crx, a turbo b18a civic, some talons ...



only 2 "american" cars were there, 2 z06's.. they handled quite nicely, won most of their races in the first straight.


the hosts of the event, mini, 2 rx7s, an mr2 and a miata .. it was hosted by mazda club or something..


there were also 2 kit cars, both Super7s.. pretty fast, didnt really see them race agains any real cars tho..

 

an ae86 looked pretty good.. untill the guy started it up .. sounded like a bumble bee



a toyota starlet i think it was, this thing has 4 throttle bodies :eek3:
