I work at the best buy in towson, md and they are so loud in the trees next to the store that you can hear them from inside the store. I hate those things....if I have to pick one more of those out of my intercooler someones going to die

I still can't figure out why they are so bad in MD but not in VA. It should be crazy down here too, but I still have yet to see one in state. I'll be heading up to Alexandria within the next couple days, so I'll see if they are around there. My father tells me they are getting bad around Mt. Vernon.

Last night there was some guy on Letterman with recipies such as deep fried cicadas and chocolate covered cicadas. Then they had another guy in a giant cicada suit eating them with Dave.

They're delicacies (sp?) some ppz catch as many as they can and freeze store them, to eat throughout the years until the next "batch" comes. You should all catch as many as you can and sell'em to cicada aficionados.
