Well in an effort to stop smoking cigs for good this summer, I finished my last pack last night @ 12:25am. I picked sunday to quit so i can follow the week out. for 3 days i have to overcome the chemical dependency to nicotine, the days/weeks/months/years after that i have to overcome the psychological dependency. Just as long as I don't go outside, i won't have the urge to steal a car and drive to Wawa go buy a pack....

good luck LT...cig smoking is a disgusting habit, and I gaurantee you'll be 10x better inside than you do now after you've quit for a few months!
just think of it this way...Thank God you're not having to quit a harder drug, like heroin or oxycontin or something...people go through NASTY withdrawal from shit like that...that type of withdrawal is unreal, i.e trainspotting?
