Hey I love accords, 
if you take care of it, they'll take care of you, but I guess that's goes for all hondas in general. I want to say though b4 you hate on my ride, the wing is gone and the front is now a Black widow front. I have the whole black widow II kit and wing on it's way though

Wel it depends on what kind you get. If you get the full replacement shifter or something like the DC style adaptor short shift.
Either way it should take about 20 minutes at the most.
