Default Compter help Part II

Ok, yesterday I began the setup for installing over windows, but not the full reformat. It turns out there is some stuff that comes up like "This file is missing, so and so" But it doens't allow me to skip that file and I have to restart and it just goes right back to that error. It seems like I cannot get it to install, so is there another copy I can get somewhere to resinstall windows?

this happend to me but I was installing a webcam.. all I did was type the file path in the text box and it worked.. it should have a file path to the file that you are missing? you can just browse and untill you get to that folder just hit "next" or w/e try both ways if you can.
