Watching the Craig Breedlove story about the Spirit of America. Made me think, would you be able to have the courage to drive a vehicle like that? I know I couldn't because its that small chance something goes wrong. Sure death would probably be instant, but I don't think I would be able to convince myself to do it mentally.

I admire Breedlove, he cheated death twice at speeds over 500 mph. Its sad that the 3rd gen Spirit of America now sits idle because of lack of sponsorship. You would think that someone would put money in the venture given the record now rests on British soil.
