i just bought a new phone (samsung a680). The thing is badass but i have one problem. I called to activate it last night around 9 and they said it would be ready to use in 10 or so hours. its 1235 now and i still cant use it. Any one have any problems like this be4?

It can happen. Stop messing with your phone, it needs to program over the air. Is it a vision phone? When it's ready, your user ID should show up on your screen underneath the time and stuff (if you haven't added a screen saver or whatnot).

i just called back and bitched and they said they gave me the wrong code???? they gave me another and said 10 more hours. sprint is startin to piss me off. 5 yrs. is long enough with them

 

If you were previously unsatisfied with sprint why did you go back to them? My phone was activated within the hour and ready to use (after charging the battery of course). Oh yeah I have a Sanyo 4500
