my phone is dead and i need a damn replacement. "replacement mailed over night" my ass. the website and phone # are useless. .

(website has no link to insurance claims and phone = automated bs)

insurance is usually done by an outside company. are you refering to the manufactuer warrenty "insurance"...or the real insurance that covers lost or theif.
