my lil brother, a friend and i were up by the mall just a lil bit ago just driving around havin fun. We go to turn into a parking lot and i look around to make sure no ones coming so as im about to turn in, i hear tires screaching and in my passenger side meirror i see a truck . now, i slam on my brakes and hold on. my car jolts a lil bit and the truck continues on. the guy stops in the middle of the road, backs up and stops, gets out of his car, looks at it, stumbles back over and gets in his truck and takes off. so im looking at my car and it didnt look that bad, maybe the paint scraped up and crap thats it. so i go home and me and my friend look at it and he scratched at it, it was only rubber from off his tire. so i take my trusty can of bug and tar remover and coat the area. it sat for about 20secs and i wipped it all away. there is a VERY SMALL scratch that is hardly noticable and is right on the seamof the 1/4 panel so it actually blends in. i consider myself pretty lucky. #1, no one got hurt, #2 my car is fine, #3 i didnt have to kick a drunk mans ass

 

umm okay so his car did come in contact with yours? and then he just drove away? uhh i would have followed his drunk ass

i just washed the car and got off all of the tire marks. you cant even tell that it happened. oh, and thanx DB7 for confirming it, next time ill make sure to get your consent first

I would think you would have called the cops and given them the plate number as a hit and run since he did come in contact ith your vehicle. They would have found him drunk and you would have been able to collect on his insurance for any detailing needed to clean the mark, he would be in jail for hit and run and DWI.
